𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘩-𝘙𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘴 30!

And what a ride it’s been since we started in April 1995, on the Surrey Research Park in Guildford. We’ve endured several recessions (the Dot-com crash, 9/11, COVID-19, European debt crisis etc), have had to adapt to endless regulatory, legal and bureaucratic changes and have witnessed tech evolving at an unprecedented pace, from the first introduction of Social Media and Cloud Computing (can you believe Facebook, LinkedIn and eBay didn’t exist when we started!, nor did AWS, Azure or GCP) through to today’s mind-blowing AI, big data and the quantum computing innovations. All of these have challenged us, demanding constant change, but they have also been our lifeblood, enabling our growth, as we’ve supported so many amazing companies that have led these advances.

None of this would have been possible without our wonderful clients and candidates, who we have been privileged to work with over the past 30 years – far too many to tag here, but you know who you are and we sincerely thank each and every one of you for your continued business and loyalty, often continuing to use our services after you have moved companies.

We also owe the biggest debt of gratitude to our own staff, past and present, some of whom I’ve tagged below. Without your commitment, passion and hard work Technology Resourcing would not be where it is today. Recruitment can be a really tough gig, but your determination to show our clients and candidates what professional recruitment should look like made our business 30 years ago and has underpinned it ever since – you should be proud!

As we look to the future, one that promises even more innovation and opportunity, we will continue delivering the most ethical, accurate and effective recruitment services that have come to define us, whilst always striving to improve further.
