We are committed to applying and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct across all of our business activities. Each employee is responsible for conducting business honestly as well as professionally in order to deliver our recruitment services in a transparent and ethical manner.
Our senior managers enforce systems that monitor and effectively prevent bribery, in accordance with the Bribery Act 2010, covering any financial advantage or other reward that is offered to or received by any of our employees to influence that person to perform their duties improperly. Our employees are strictly prohibited from making, soliciting or receiving any bribes or other unauthorised payments (such as secret profits, unauthorised commissions etc). Furthermore, any hospitality and promotional expenditure is monitored by our management team to ensure it is reasonable and proportionate.
Any breach of our Anti-Bribery policy, along with any other conduct bringing our company or employees into disrepute, is considered grounds for disciplinary action, which may result in gross misconduct and immediate dismissal.
