It is clear much more work is put in identifying the requirements of the role and selecting the candidates as the candidates were consistently more appropriate than our experiences with other recruiters.

I was impressed by the amount of time and effort Derek put into listening to and digesting our requirements. He was honest about the likely challenges and the state of the market, yet was tenacious enough to stay focused until the right result was achieved.

I had a really good experience of working with Derek at Technology Resourcing. We sourced 1 contractor and 2 permanent members of staff through him and are extremely satisfied with all 3 of them. I initially formed a relationship with Chris when he acted as recruiter for myself for a senior management position, on consultancy basis within a large project. As the project developed there was a need to increase the commercial and planning resource. Chris efficiently provided CV’s and candidates with the correct profile and experience required for the individual positions. In my view, Chris understands the market and the client’s particular requirement, therefore saving the client valuable time in reviewing CV’s of unsuitable candidates and only providing those with the correct experience who following interview are able to deliver.
