If you’re passionate about delivering project controls solutions that drive real business value, then this role is for you! Our client is looking for someone to design, configure, integrate and implement innovative project controls solutions, mostly centred around Oracle’s Primavera suite ie P6 EPPM, Unifier, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) & Capital Planning, Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management (OPPM), Analytics, Aconex, Gateway, Progress Reporter etc.

Supporting a diverse range of private and public sector clients, you will translate complex business requirements into practical, effective solutions that improve project performance, support successful outcomes and deliver measurable benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and customer-focused individual who combines tech consulting with relationship management. From leading workshops and user training to supporting pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations, you will help their clients get the most out of their project controls systems investments while also improving delivery standards and best practices, in a genuinely collaborative environment.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong knowledge and experience designing, configuring, integrating and/or implementing project controls and/or project management solutions and tools. Preference may be shown to those with existing experience of the Oracle Primavera portfolio but our client is also quite happy considering those with similar project controls system experience eg Hexagon EcoSys, Ares PRISM/Contruent, InEight, Deltek Cobra, Planisware, Safran, Cleopatra, Cora, PMWeb, Procore, Kahua etc, as they would then cross-train you on the Oracle suite.
  • Requirements gathering and analysis (business, functional, technical); Technical design and documentation; Project delivery and testing; Technical problem-solving and solution development; Documentation
  • Customer-focused with excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong solution delivery and technical governance knowledge

Desired Skills

  • Previous experience with a consulting company implementing enterprise systems or digital transformations
  • Workstream or technical delivery leadership
  • Certified in project management, project controls, business analysis or any relevant Oracle Primavera certification
  • Experience supporting pre-sales eg proposals, and solution demonstrations
