SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER (HIGHWAYS/ROADS) OXFORDSHIRE

ROLE: Senior Planning Engineer – Highways
LOCATION: Various site locations across Oxfordshire
DAY RATE: £350 – £425/day
DURATION: 6-12 months

This world class project delivery and infrastructure / construction consultancy deliver some of the most high profile global projects. Continued expansion means that they are now looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to form an integral part of their Roadworks projects team.

We are looking for someone to be responsible for the planning 5 of their roadworks projects across Oxford, each of which are < £8m in value, working to the NEC3’s Option C, target cost contract, so good working knowledge of change management, monthly updates etc. is essential.

The right individual will have expert knowledge and experience of Oracle’s Primavera P6 planning tool, along with strong client facing skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to provide structured, well-crafted reports to the key managers and stakeholders. You will also have a thorough knowledge of earned value management and reporting and be able to mentor other planning team members where required.
