Senior Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-12 month contract assignment (outside IR35), to support a rapidly growing software company’s global business transformation programme. You will need to be effective working on fast-paced projects, with experience analysing and documenting key processes, challenging current processes and driving new processes, working with their SME’s to solicit requirements and identify challenges, risks and issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements and highlight areas of improvement
• Lead continuous business process reviews and document (As-Is and To-Be)
• Present new business processes and impacts to teams
• Identify process gaps and support mitigation
• Maintain RTM to ensure continuous traceability
• Support data migration, gathering, mapping and cleansing
• Support change activities – presenting process changes
• Support test activities with traceable scenarios, investigation and resolving issues
• Develop appropriate QA assessment
• Help develop SOP’s and the future-state support model

Skills / Experience needed:

• Finance or Accounting systems background is essential
• Certified Business Analyst (IIBA, BCS, PBA etc.)
• Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite Finance or NetSuite OpenAir preferred
• Experience working on global transformation projects, especially working hands-on in small project teams
• Agile and Waterfall experience
• Strong comms and interpersonal skills, experienced leading virtual teams and workshops across regions
• Experience developing RTM, test scenarios, data migration templates, QA, SOPs etc
• Strong MS skills, specifically Excel, Word, Visio & PowerPoint
