Our client, a prestigious independent construction and property consultancy, is actively looking for a Project Planner on a permanent basis.
The Project Planner will act as a focal point on the end client site taking a lead in Planning, integrating and maintaining Project Schedule of construction and have responsibility for commissioning and qualification activities of project jobs with value circa £50M+, ideally from the pharmaceutical sector.
Reporting directly to a senior director / partner, the Project Planner will cover the following:
- Level 2 and Level 4 details planning, covering all phases of the project lifecycle from set up, construction, commissioning, & qualification, operation readiness through to process validation and regulatory filing through progress monitoring and close out.
- Coordination between trades, day-to-day progress field monitoring, monthly reporting including progress performance. Impact and critical path update. Track orders, progress and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
