Job Title: Interim Director of Business Process Automation
Duration: 6 month Contract, renewable thereafter
We’re looking for an Interim Director of Automation for a large, global client of ours, for an initial 6-month contract, but renewable thereafter. The primary function is to lead and own the automation and optimisation of their extensive global operational processes. We’re looking for someone knowledgeable across a wide range of process automation technologies/tools/applications, including AI, ML, RPA, ETL etc but we’re after a Leader rather than a hands-on techie who can define and deliver their global strategic automation framework.
This person will own the identification, validation, design, deployment and subsequent ROI measurement of automation and AI capabilities for their operations across all regions and divisions. This includes defining the products and tools, writing/validating the business cases, capturing and prioritising business requirements, assessing proposals from solution vendors etc.
You will need extensive experience of operational process automation, inc AI & ML, ideally gained in truly global, matrix-managed organisations, including setting up Centre/s of Excellence, with a thorough knowledge of the market, suppliers and technology.
