Customer Success Engineer
Basic Salary – £60-70k plus 10% bonus

The successful candidate will:
Provide account management, business consulting and complex technical support of a leading SaaS solution
Implement technical best practice and enablement to an assigned group of high profile clients
Assist with expert skills in data manipulation and analysis, and quickly comprehend complex spreadsheets/data
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of complex packaged application implementation practices
Be adept at working in a large enterprise IT environment, with a broad range of knowledge
Have some ability at basic programming ie HTML, SQL, Java
Possess knowledge of relational database concepts
Be degree qualified in engineering, IT or finance, or posess equivalent experience
