Head of Partnerships
Location: Remote-first culture, with occasional trips to London/Surrey.
Reports to: CEO
This fast-growing, early stage InsurTech is transforming vehicle insurance with their data-driven, AI-powered platform. Their revenues are already growing at 2.6x YoY, with excellent customer satisfaction, but they are now keen to hire a strategic and amibitious Head of Partnerships to build out their partnership ecosystem to further accelerate their customer acquisition and expand into new sectors. You’ll build and manage key distribution partnerships, negotiate agreements and drive new channel expansion.
What you’ll do:
- Expand and manage strategic partnerships with major insurers, aggregators, and networks.
- Negotiate partnership terms to maximize volume and margins.
- Collaborate with Product teams to embed growth features and new product extensions.
- Build and lead a high-performing partnership and growth team.
- Identify new channels and develop go-to-market strategies for new segments.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years in growth, partnerships, or channel management in Insurance, InsurTech, SaaS or FinTech.
- Proven success scaling partner-driven models and managing strategic alliances.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable operating independently, in a fast-moving, innovative and ambitious organisation.
