We’ve been proud members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation for almost 30 years now, to show we deliver the highest standards of recruitment, thus reducing our client’s risk. As part of our Corporate REC Membership we’ve had site audits of our operations and have to complete their Compliance Assessment every two years, to prove we’re keeping up to date with key statutory legislation and that we’re adhering to the REC’s own Code of Professional Practice, which goes beyond the legal requirements.
We’ve just completed our most recent Compliance Assessment with another 100% pass, well beyond the 80% required to pass, proving our knowledge of areas such as Contracts, the Agency Worker Regulations, the Conduct Regulations, Data Protection, H&S, Asylum & Immigration, Equality & Diversity, Limited Company Contractors etc.
We work really hard to exceed our Client’s expectations every day, but this proves we also know the legal stuff and work to the REC’s higher professional standards.
