Tech-Res aces the REC’s Compliance Test again
For the 12th year running, we are proud to have again scored 100% in the Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s Compliance Test, scoring 57/57 on questions covering key industry legislation, in particular the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations, and the REC’s own Code of Professional Practice, which requires compliance way beyond the statutory legal requirements.
