P6 Project Planner/Scheduler

This is a fantastic opportunity for a P6 Project Planner/Scheduler, with Primavera P6 experience, to work on a 5 year infrastructure programme in Dublin. It is a contract assignment, with an initial 12 month duration.

Our client needs someone to support the development and maintenance of the overall investment programme, specifically focusing on the scheduling and project controls for a portfolio of multi-discipline projects, some of which are up to €50m.

You must be highly proficient on Primavera P6, with demonstrable experience scheduling multiple projects concurrently, with excellent coms skills and a solid understanding of project governance and the procurement processes. You will be producing Gantt charts from scratch, so must be able to identify all tasks, activities and milestones and will also be developing the appropriate leads, lags, floats and dependencies to identify the critical path for each project. You will also be helping with Earned Value Analysis, producing cost loaded schedules, conducting schedule reviews and analysis with various prospective (tendering) contractors and producing various reports for the project delivery team.
