Web Developer / UX Expert

ROLE: Web Developer / UI & UX Design
LOCATION: South West London
SALARY: £27k- £34k (Depending on exp) + benefits

This organisation is one of the largest companies in the world providing research and consultancy services to their clients globally. They are now seeking to appoint a Web Developer with expertise in UX and UI design.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Deploying the new portal template on the current web sites by updating the user interface and the content, through new copy, content, CSS, JavaScript, graphics, HTML5
• Updating as necessary email communication materials (HTML based) in line with the portal changes, such as automated emails, survey invites…
• Focus on high quality QA, minimizing the presence of bugs and dysfunctions when rolling out the new portals to production
• Ensuring the web analytics and statistics integrity after the deployment of the template
• Managing these portals roll-outs initiatives as a project and coordinate all parties until project success
• Communicating to stakeholders progress and milestones
• Managing tasks and their dependencies
• Documenting tasks, processes, developments, scripts and organize a comprehensive storage of such documents

ABOUT YOU

It’s likely that successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• Extensive front end web development experience
• Must have advanced coding skills in HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS , Coldfusion, XML, XSLT
• Strong jQuery or MooTools skills
• Strong understanding of JSON and AJAX
• Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Adobe Flash are essential
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills are essential
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience of PHP, MySQL, Java, ASP.net
