Highways England announces £8.7bn of contract awards

Highways England today revealed the 13 contractors who have won a total of £8.7bn of contracts, spread across 18 work packages. The list is headed by Balfour Beatty, Costain, Galliford Try, Taylor Woodrow, Skanksa, Bam Nuttall & Kier who share the largest packages of work – Lots 4-8, where each work package exceeds £100m.
