I had the pleasure of meeting Ian by way of being recruited for a contract position as a Tech Engineer in April 2012. He found my profile and resume through LinkedIn and contacted me regarding the position. I spoke with him on the phone and we went over the details of the position to make sure it would be a good fit. Just three months later, I was hired on full time thanks to his efforts. As a hiring manager, I have never failed to be impressed with the calibre of candidate Technology Resourcing have provided. I was aware of the approach they take to really get to know their candidates, having been one myself, but as a hiring manager I grew an appreciation of the same diligence with which they approach their clients.
