I initially formed a relationship with Chris when he acted as recruiter for myself for a senior management position, on consultancy basis within a large project. As the project developed there was a need to increase the commercial and planning resource. Chris efficiently provided CV’s and candidates with the correct profile and experience required for the individual positions. In my view, Chris understands the market and the client’s particular requirement, therefore saving the client valuable time in reviewing CV’s of unsuitable candidates and only providing those with the correct experience who following interview are able to deliver.
