I’ve dealt with a lot of recruiters both as a candidate and a hiring manager. Engaging with most of them is an exercise in frustration as they generally do not understand the markets they serve. It has been refreshing to work with the team at Technology Resourcing who really understand both employer and candidate requirements and strive to make the best match and not just get a warm body in a seat in order to earn a commission. I would definitely work with Technology Resourcing again and recommend them to others.

Starting with a video chat I had a good experience with intelligent staff who understood my requirements and the industry.
