Role: Sales Development Representative (Danish AND Norwegian speaking)

Salary: £26K-£30K + Uncapped commission structure

This award-winning global software vendor delivers enterprise software for clients working on a diverse range of construction, utility and infrastructure projects worldwide. Continued growth means they are now looking to hire an additional member for their fast-paced and dynamic UK sales team. They have over 2,000 staff globally, 150 of whom are in the UK.
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, this supportive, close-knit team provides all the support and expertise needed to pipeline and develop long term, strategic relationships with prospective key accounts. They are looking for a fluent Danish AND Norwegian speaking individual to increase sales of their Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution, an integrated suite of program management software, from both from new and existing customers.
You will provide pre-sales product and solutions support, qualifying all incoming and outbound new business opportunities and distributing qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Executives.

Duties

Contact decision-makers in a focused number of small, medium & large sized professional service businesses across the Nordics to generate interest in their products
Proactively research and conduct outbound cold calling and lead nurturing
Answer and evaluate prospective customers’ inbound enquiries
Qualify all leads and plan next steps
Cultivate the pipeline by following up on field marketing and warm leads
Focus on the customer, understanding their industry, business and challenges with a consultative approach towards prospects
Clearly articulate the breadth of their product portfolio
Capture accurate and complete information in Salesforce.com
Maintain and expand the database of prospects

Essential requirements

Fluency in Danish AND Norwegian
Demonstrable sales experience, preferably making outbound prospecting calls in a target-driven environment, and ideally with some experience managing pipelines and forecasting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform on your own and in a team environment
Effective problem-solving, time, and project management skills
Formal training in sales environment is an advantage
Degree qualified or equivalent skills and experience
