Marketing Manager

This early-stage InsurTech and insurance broker is transforming how insurers connect with 17–34 year‑old drivers. They’re growing fast, building a modern brand in a sector that hasn’t changed for decades, and they need a hands-on Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their marketing engine.

You’ll shape and deliver the end-to-end strategy, grow brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition across digital channels. This is a standalone role with real autonomy and a clear path into leadership as the company scales.

What you’ll do:

• Build and execute the marketing strategy, choosing the channels that matter for younger audiences.
• Run digital campaigns across social, paid media, email, and web, refining messaging and targeting for maximum impact.
• Lead content creation and ensure a consistent, compelling brand voice.
• Grow the company’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta, plus manage PPC, paid social, and influencer activity.
• Improve website content and user journeys to lift conversion.
• Track performance, uncover insights, and adjust strategy based on data.
• Ensure all marketing activity meets FCA and regulatory standards.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience delivering digital campaigns, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Strong grasp of how to engage 17–34 year‑olds across multiple channels.
• A proactive, independent approach and confident project management skills.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation ability.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
