- Proven industry experience within project controls (schedule planning, cost, risk, EVM, etc.), ideally in a leadership or specialist role.
- Strong understanding of project control tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI).
- Experience teaching or training in FE/HE settings or professional development programmes.
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) is desirable, or willingness to achieve one.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse learners.

- Industry links with employers and professional bodies.
- Contribution to research, publications, or knowledge transfer in project controls.
What we offer:

- Flexible working with a hybrid model: approximately 20% on-site.
- A collaborative, learner-focused environment.
- Membership of a pension scheme, wellbeing support, and other benefits.
